Bike Fest 2022 June 17th to 19th
Join us for a weekend of mountain bike celebrations sponsored by Tourism Valemount and the Columbia Basin Trust
Friday June 17th – Pre-registration at Three Ranges Brewing Company from 5 to 9pm. Save yourself some time on Saturday morning by pre-registering which means more time for bikes!
Show n Shine! Bring your old and or unique bikes and cruisers for display. We will have bike racks available within the brewery grounds to show off your unique whips.
Saturday June 18th – All day shuttles, tasty food and good times. Registration and waiver signing is required to participate. Several shuttle units including 5 vans and a few side by sides, will be running from 930 to 330pm and our local service PEAK SHUTTLES will continue to run until their regular business hours.
COST $25.00 for all day shuttles and a delicious lunch.
Note: Parking will be strictly controlled and limited. Overflow parking will be in the large empty lot next to Vale Coffee We will try to have a shuttle available in the morning from 9 to 10am that will help transport people up to the staging area.
Saturday June 18th Evening – Social and Movie Night. Join us in the courtyard of the Best Western Plus Valemount Inn & Suites for the first public showing of “The Ride Home” featuring Valemount local Angie McKirdy.
This short film will be followed by a showing of Teton Gravity Research #Esperanto. Esperanto features an all-time roster of athletes from around the world. From some of the biggest names in the sport, to up-and-coming superstars, to lesser known rippers, the film’s athletes embody the worldwide appeal of riding through their own diversity of backgrounds, languages and styles.
Doors open at 6pm with the event ending at 10pm
Bike parking available (bring your own lock)
Cost is $15.00 which includes appetizers, door prize tickets and both movies. Cash bar on site.
Sunday June 19th – Group cross country rides beginning at 9am in the main staging area. There will be a ride for all levels and abilities. Come burn off those IPA’s with a good sweaty pedal.
