BIKEFEST June 17 2023

June 17th, 2023 at the Valemount Bike Park.
Join #ridevalemount for a day of celebrating our trail network and all things mountain bike. This is our 6th year holding this event and we cannot wait to share our trails. BikeFest is a day of all day shuttles, music, food, smiles and of course !
Cost for the day for adults is $30 and $20 for 18 and under. This includes all day shuttles and an amazing lunch including souvlaki, pita and Greek salads.
We will have a full gambit of shuttle rigs including, all three of PEAK SHUTTLES vans and trailers, plus the District Bicycle Company – Valemount flaming 4×4 van, two Ledcor Vans with north shore racks, PLUS at least three side by sides servicing all of our amazing riders.
Shuttles will start at 10am. We have more shuttle units this year than we have ever had, and we are confident that we can serve all of you efficiently. The safety of the drivers and public is of utmost importance, and we ask that everyone be patient in busy areas and around moving vehicles.
NOTE: Lunch is included with your registration fee and will be served from 12pm to 230pm in the main staging area. Lunch will be souvlaki served on Pita with tomato, onions, sweet sauce ( or Tzatziki) and lettuce along with Greek salad.
We will have separate lineups in the main staging area for each drop off location. Please be sure to choose the right lineup. The best lineup is always the empty one 😉
We have three PEAK SHUTTLES units with trailers that will be running from 10am to 6pm and will be servicing the top of the mountain.
Ledcor has generously donated two units and will run from 10am to 4pm. These Vans will be going to mid mountain (Tinfoil Hat). The Vans will have one 6 bike VARDA rack and one 7 bike rack donated from Peak shuttles.
District Bicycle Company – Valemount will be running epic flaming Van with a six pack rack. This unit will run from 10am to 4pm as well and will be going Tinfoil Hat.
Two VARDA Side by Side units with racks will be going to the Bacon Staging area. These units will run from 10am to 4pm.
Pre-registration will be at District Cycles on Friday June 16th between 4 and 8pm. You can also pick up copies of the Reg Form / Waiver at Bikes and Bites and bring the completed form to onsite registration on Saturday morning to speed up your registration process. Main registration will start at 9am in the main staging area.
You may also download the waiver here for completion in advance. NOTE that the waiver must be printed in full color to be accepted at the registration desk.
As in previous years, parking will be strictly controlled so please try to limit your vehicles on site. We will have overflow parking planned which will likely be in the empty space beside Vale Coffee
And join District Bicycle Company РValemount for a pancake breakfast by donation starting at 8am on Saturday June 17th as well as an apr̬s ride social on their downtown property. There will be a BBQ by donation as well as a bevys for cash, music and smiles.
