The temperatures have warmed up and winter is making a comeback just in time for the Christmas break.
I have been holding off all year saying it was time to load up and ride, but if we get the snow that is said to be coming, it should be go time. I would still call it early season conditions until we get some more information on the exact snowfalls, but I am comfortable saying that you will now enjoy the ride….what a strange start to the riding season.
Trail passes are required at these trailheads from now on as we are grooming Allan and Chappell Creek. They will both be hit with the groomers on Boxing Day and maintained regularly throughout the holidays.
Clemina is now open for public use although the access trail was still too thin for grooming. We will make an inspection on Monday and try to get it groomed for all of you. Will update as soon as we get more information
Thank you very much for your patience with these strange conditions and the industrial challenges we have faced again this season.
From everyone here at VARDA and the Valemount Community, thank you all for choosing to #ridevalemount.
