Access to the Clemina and Chappell Creek riding areas is possible although both of the areas are holding less than a meter of snow on average. Major natural hazards still exist including open water, thin ice covered lakes, rocks and other hard objects.

Allen Creek access is only for the very experienced rider. The trail is steep, rocky and extremely slippery. The alpine is holding approximately 1m of snow and is still very thin.

Temps in the valley bottom the last two days have been hovering just above zero and are not helping our cause.

I understand that the pictures and video can look good and are very deceiving. Don’t get me wrong, if you can get into an area and avoid any damage, a baseless meter of snow can be a lot of fun……
